Valencia Partnership

Global Premier Soccer (GPS), one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the world, has announced an extensive partnership with Valencia C.F, one of the most prestigious soccer clubs in Europe.  The exclusive partnership will launch initially in South East Europe and the United Kingdom, and will provide access to the famed Valencia C.F’s Youth Academy.

One of Spain’s most successful clubs, Valencia C.F. was founded in 1919 and have won 6 La Liga titles, 7 Copa del Reys and 3 UEFA Cups and reached back to back UEFA Champions League Finals in 2000 and 2001.  Valencia C.F. is the third-most supported football club in Spain and one of the biggest clubs in the world in terms of number of associates (registered paying supporters), with more than 50,000 season ticket holders.  Valencia C.F has developed the talents of a number of world champion players via its Youth Academy such as David Silva, Isco and Jordi Alba.

This partnership solidifies Valencia CF’s commitment to engaging the International soccer community. Through GPS’ global expansion, Valencia CF’s Youth Academy will have access to GPS programs and players as affiliates are added.  Valencia CF programs will initially focus on ID programs used to identify players who will attend a Training Camp in Valencia each summer.   Valencia CF will also work with GPS to establish Valencia CF Regional Teams who will compete in National and International events. Additionally, the partnership will see collaboration on International Tournaments and Tours.  GPS Spain will immediately benefit with the impending launch of the new GPS International Academy based at La Petxina in Valencia.

JAG Winning Sports has partnered with GPS in order to co-operate leading International Soccer Program for Valencia CF in the area of Southeast Europe in 15 countries including Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Lebanon, Turkey, Former Yugoslavic Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Moldova and Kosovo.

JAG Winning Sports for 10 years developed and operated a network of Arsenal soccer schools across Greece and Cyprus housing over 3.000 kids per year aged from 5 to 16. JAG Winning Sports through its various training programs aimed for the development of talented young footballers from Southeast Europe countries (ages 9 to 16) to prepare them to enter, depending on their level, Academies of professional football clubs in Europe and Greece. Over 25 players produced from the soccer schools have moved to professional clubs in Europe and Greece (Vitesse, Heerenveen, Hellas Verona, Achilleas 29, Panathinaikos, Olympiakos, AEK, Panionios, Asteras Tripolis).

JAG Winning Sports created the operational, scouting and recruitment plan for the Arsenal FC Elite Academy Southeast Europe as well as the business plan for the creation and successful operation of this project on Arsenal FC’s behalf. Between 2010 and 2014 our company was directing the academy supervising most aspects of the project which included (Scouting & recruitment, daily operation of the academy, school education, player and parent affairs, H.R, safeguarding and medical). Arsenal FC Elite Academy South East Europe located in Greece, had as its target to train the next generation of players in South East Europe than will man it’s Academy in London and then the first team of the club.

In the last four years more than 25 players have already graduated from JAG Winning Sports Elite and Advanced programs moved to European professional clubs (Arsenal FC, MANU, AJAX FC, PEC Zwolle, Vitesse, Heerenveen, Hellas Verona, Achilles 29, Panathinaikos, Olympiacos, PΑΟΚ, ΑΕΚ, Panionios, Asteras Tripolis, Panetolikos, ΑΕΚ Larnaca, Αnorthosi Cyprus) also to US Universities with scholarship. JAG Winning Sports has a great experience in organizing a range of sport events (International, National or regional) whether daily or even residential (Camps, Tournaments, Leagues) over the past 10 years.
